If you don't have an active YOGO account, contact us to get one :)

Enter your terms and conditions and membership conditions (if you want to offer memberships with recurring payments) in YOGO (YOGO admin --> 'Settings' --> 'Terms')

We (YOGO) will start a Billwerk+ account for you

Click on the email you are receiving from Billwerk+ and click the link and create a password for your Billwerk+(former Reepay)-account

If you receive an email from Billwerk+, where they ask you to set your account 'Live', don't do that. We will ask Billwerk+ to do it, once the Clearhaus application is approved

Once you have logged in, make sure you are using the 'New dashboard' with a black background in the menubar. If the background is blue, click 'New dashboard' in the bottom left

Go to 'Settings' --> 'Applications'

Fill out all the fields with the information about you and your company
​Note! Remember to press save after each field is filled out, and check that there is no spaces after your text/numbers, because this will create an error when saving)

OBS! In the field 'Business Model' --> 'Expected Max. Transaction Amount', set the amount to a bit higher than expected. Otherwise you might have to contact Clearhaus later on to raise the limit

In the field 'Additional information' enter YOGO and on a new line, link to your terms and and conditions and membership terms and conditions (https://your_YOGO_account/frontend/index.html#/terms)

Press 'Save' and then 'Submit'

Clearhaus will now start handling your application and contact you directly by email if they have questions.
